Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose the practices of iOS developers
- Unite the community of iOS developers and Tech Leads
- Establish communication frameworks for iOS
- Promote a culture of innovation and technology awareness around iOS
- Collaborate with other Chapter Leads, particularly the Android Chapter Lead
- Industrialize iOS development practices to accelerate squads
- Define and develop iOS toolkits for squads
- Propose innovative approaches to improve application quality
- Promote BforBank's mobile development practices internally and externally
Key Skills:
- Expertise in iOS technology
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in iOS, with at least 5 years in a lead role
- Strong passion for innovation and best practices
- Experience in leading and mentoring teams
- Knowledge of accessibility and eco-design
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to present at events and conferences
- Fluency in English
- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
