Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse consumer behaviour to derive insights and inform unified sell-thru plans.
  • Measure and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise ROI on future activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adapt retail marketing programmes accordingly.
  • Collaborate with subsidiaries to assess and enhance local marketing capabilities.
  • Work with global and EMEA teams to develop comprehensive marketing plans for upcoming seasons.
  • Gather and synthesise data from retail partners and industry resources to form actionable insights.
  • Assist subsidiaries in creating medium and long-term execution plans aligned with seasonal marketing goals.
  • Guide teams to anticipate seasonal needs and industry trends, providing necessary feedback.
  • Oversee the creation and review of key processes to ensure local alignment with global planning guidelines.
  • Drive execution and integration between Category, Sales, and Retail Services for subsidiaries.
  • Ensure consistent Channel Marketing execution that meets corporate guidelines and objectives.
  • Offer product and marketing expertise to build partner trust in our client's offerings.
  • Translate category management plans for local teams and coordinate marketing efforts to ensure successful execution.
