Summary: The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for EMEA retail channels, collaborating closely with Product and Category Marketing teams. This role focuses on optimizing user engagement across various products and services through effective marketing and merchandising initiatives. The manager will oversee budgets, measure program performance, and innovate new marketing opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with retail partners. A key aspect of the role includes presenting marketing strategies and results to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market EMEA retail channel marketing strategy in collaboration with Product and Category Marketing teams.
- Build programs to optimize awareness, trial, conversion, and retention of users across multiple products and services.
- Lead and execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with EMEA retail partners within budgets and KPIs.
- Continuously measure, manage, and optimize marketing programs for efficiency, recommending tool development and process improvements.
- Oversee channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance against metrics.
- Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives, and business development teams.
- Manage content and campaign activities across retailers, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Identify new channel marketing opportunities in EMEA, collaborating with regional leaders.
- Coordinate marketing elements of regular reviews, including regional performance and share across channels.
- Deliver and receive feedback on sales/marketing metrics and personal performance.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years experience in Channel Marketing or a similar field.
- Demonstrable achievement with consumer technology brands.
- Experience in building go-to-market strategies across digital and physical retail channels.
- Knowledge of key advertising metrics such as CPC, CPA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience managing relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong interpersonal skills; approachable and flexible.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
