Key Responsibilities:

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Communications Manager to lead how we communicate with and engage our partner audience. This role sits at the centre of our partner marketing strategy, shaping how we show up across the partner lifecycle, from awareness through to demand generation and retention. You’ll combine strong storytelling with data-driven marketing automation to deliver targeted, high-impact communications that drive engagement, pipeline and revenue.

What will you be doing day-to-day? You’ll define and deliver the channel communications strategy, ensuring our messaging is clear, consistent and aligned to business priorities and sales objectives. You’ll plan and execute campaigns across key channels, using marketing automation to deliver personalised, segmented communications that resonate with different partner audiences. You’ll build and optimise campaigns in HubSpot, managing workflows, lead scoring, segmentation and data to drive engagement and conversion across the partner lifecycle. You’ll take ownership of audience data and segmentation, ensuring strong data health, accurate targeting and effective list management. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and positioning, ensuring it lands with the right audiences and supports commercial goals. You’ll create high-quality content, from partner newsletters to campaign communications, and lead the communications strategy for key events, driving engagement pre and post event. You’ll continuously track performance, using data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve results over time.

What you’ll need Experience A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in marketing, campaigns or marketing communications Experience working in channel marketing and/or within telecommunications or technology is highly desirable Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
