Summary: The Change & Transition Lead will oversee a Salesforce transformation programme within a utilities environment, focusing on business readiness and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end change and transition strategy across the Salesforce transformation programme
- Translate system and process changes into clear business and operational impacts
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business, digital, product, and delivery teams
- Deliver change plans covering communications, training, readiness, and adoption
- Support business readiness and operational transition into live environments
- Track adoption, benefits realisation, and change risks across the programme
- Embed new ways of working, governance models, and operational processes
- Align change activities with Agile and iterative delivery cycles
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering change and transition activities within large transformation programmes
- Strong experience supporting enterprise platform adoption, ideally Salesforce
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across complex environments
- Experience driving business readiness, operational transition, and adoption
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and Agile delivery models
- Experience working within regulated industries, ideally utilities
- Ability to translate technical and design changes into user-focused outcomes

We are looking for an experienced Change & Transition Lead to support a large-scale Salesforce transformation programme within a complex utilities environment.
In this role, you will drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and operational adoption across the Developer Services transformation, ensuring Salesforce platform and process changes are successfully Embedded into day-to-day operations.
