Our Client, a leading London Market Insurance organisation, are looking for a Change Project Manager to join the team!
This is a high-profile role within a growing change function, supporting a complex and diverse change agenda across the business. The organisation is evolving its change maturity and is adopting ADKAR/Prosci methodologies as the foundation for future change delivery.
You'll be a great fit for this role if:
- You have experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex business change
- You have strong experience applying ADKAR/Prosci change methodologies and are confident embedding them into project delivery
- You have experience delivering operating model change and organisation-wide transformation
- You have London Market Insurance experience
