Change Project Manager

Overview

We're looking for an experienced Project Management Consultant to support the delivery of complex business transformation initiatives within a large, fast-paced organisation.

This role will involve coordinating multiple workstreams, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time through effective governance, risk management, and change management practices.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex business transformation and organisational change programmes.
• Strong project management and PMO background within large, matrix organisations.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, dependencies, risks, and issues simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive accountability across senior leadership teams.
• Strong governance experience, including RAID management, action tracking, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Ability to produce clear and concise reporting for leadership audiences.
• Experience facilitating workshops, project forums, and governance meetings.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Strong communication, planning, and organisational skills.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
• Experience delivering HR transformation projects, including initiatives such as organisational design, workforce transformation, HR process improvement, people change programmes, or HR system implementations.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide change management activities and embedding new ways of working.
• Defence sector experience.
• Active SC Clearance is a major advantage.
• Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2, APM, PMP, Agile, or equivalent.
