Summary: The Change Practitioner role involves supporting the successful delivery and adoption of a major business transformation programme. The position requires collaboration with a Change Management team to prepare stakeholders for new processes and business changes. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify how business changes affect stakeholders, processes, and ways of working.
  • Support the development and delivery of change management plans to enable successful adoption of new processes and capabilities.
  • Design, coordinate, and support the delivery of training aligned to business change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain change reporting, including readiness assessments, training completion, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics.
  • Deliver change interventions, including communications, guidance materials, workshops, and engagement sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
  • Gather and analyse stakeholder feedback and change data to provide insights and recommendations that improve change outcomes.
  • Support change governance activities and contribute to continuous improvement across the change function.

Role Overview
