Summary: The role of Change Performance & Assurance PMO Analyst involves supporting governance activities and ensuring compliance with the Value Delivery Framework within a PMO team on a fixed-term contract. The analyst will monitor change performance, analyze data quality, and provide insights to enhance delivery efficiency. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to drive best practices and improve governance processes. The role also emphasizes a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility while maintaining essential in-office collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and evolve governance activities, including designing local governance processes and monitoring delivery performance.
- Create management information, reports, and papers for stakeholders to facilitate efficient delivery team operations.
- Assure strategic programme deliverables against established standards and best practices.
- Engage with teams to shape plans using Advanced JIRA Roadmaps and PowerBI visualizations.
- Respond to ad-hoc requests for information and generate actionable insights for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and cost reduction.
- Collaborate with Central Portfolio Planning and Governance teams to implement new controls and processes.
- Drive consistency and best practice across change delivery functions within the PMO Practice.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge of PMO specialism and relevant transferable skills.
- Experience in Project Management across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Business and data analysis skills.
- Report creation and storytelling abilities.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in data analysis, ideally using PowerBI and JIRA.
- Effective communication skills, including creating tailored presentations.
