Summary: The Change Manager role focuses on leading the Employee Relations Transformation Programme to enhance how employee relations are managed within the organization. The position requires collaboration with various teams to develop and implement change plans aligned with a new operating model. This is a hybrid role based in either Salford, London, or Glasgow, initially for a duration of three months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and deliver the change management (CM) interventions required to successfully embed the key outcomes across the five ER Transformation Programme workstreams (including Operating Model, Training & Capability, Resolution First, Technology & Reporting and Wellbeing)
Key Skills:
- Demonstrable experience of working on complex, large scale multi-disciplinary Transformation Programmes, ideally in HR change management/ER, as a change manager.
- Strong experience in change impact assessments (detailed, end-to-end)
- Ability to map processes in detail and define what needs to be done.
- Hands-on experience with process and system changes (micro-level delivery)
- Knowledge of standard change frameworks and methodologies
- Experience in identifying and managing stakeholders, systems, and process impacts
- Ability to establish detailed change requirements, not just oversee delivery
- Practical experience translating strategy into operational execution
- Comfort working through complex details, documentation, and dependencies

Job Spec:
- On the back of the Culture Review the Employee Relations Transformation Programme has been mobilised to enable the Transformation of how we manage employee relations at the Client.
- As a Change Manager you'll work closely with the Project Team, Manager Advice & Support @ Work teams to develop and deploy change plans to support the implementation of the new operating model.
