Summary: The Change Manager for Project Nova at AllSaints will lead change management strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and processes within the organization. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to minimize disruption and maximize value realization during critical product lifecycle initiatives. The Change Manager will also focus on training, communication, and resistance management to foster a smooth transition. Reporting to the Global Head of Transformation, this position is integral to the company's technology-driven business transformation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Product workstream.
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected groups and potential resistance points.
  • Define success metrics for change adoption and monitor progress against these metrics.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication plans and materials to inform and motivate impacted employees.
  • Facilitate workshops and town halls to foster understanding and address concerns.
  • Assess training needs related to new systems and processes and oversee the development of training programs.
  • Proactively identify potential sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Track and report on change adoption rates and user proficiency.
  • Gather feedback to continuously refine change interventions and develop sustainment plans.

Key Skills:

  • Extensive Change Management experience in a global retail or similar fast-paced industry.
  • Proven expertise in structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
  • Direct experience managing change for projects involving PLM systems and digital product passports.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting impact assessments and measuring adoption.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively across diverse functions.

THE ROLE

As a Contract Change Manager for Project Nova, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful adoption and sustained embedding of new technologies and ways of working across AllSaints' global organization. You will lead comprehensive change management strategies for critical product lifecycle initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing value realization. This role is central to the overall success of Project Nova, encompassing the implementation of process improvements (including PIM optimization and sample management), the rollout of a new buying and merchandising planning tool, and the adoption of digital product passports. You will be the champion for our people through this transformation, ensuring they are ready, willing, and able to embrace the future state of product management and merchandising.

About The Project And Team

You will report directly to the Global Head of Transformation, working closely with the Project Nova leadership team, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts across relevant workstreams (Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Digital). This role requires significant collaboration with business stakeholders (e.g., Design, Product Development, Buying, Merchandising, Sourcing), IT delivery teams, and external vendors/partners. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team driving the technology-powered business transformation for AllSaints.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Change Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan for the Product workstream, including the implementation of process improvements (PIM optimization and sample management), the new buying and merchandising planning tool, and digital product passports
  • Conduct change impact assessments to identify affected groups, the nature of the change, and potential resistance points
  • Define success metrics for change adoption and monitor progress against these metrics
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Identify, analyze, and manage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, ensuring their engagement and buy-in
  • Develop and deliver targeted communication plans, messages, and materials to inform, educate, and motivate impacted employees
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and other forums to foster understanding and address concerns
  • Training & Capability Building: Work with business owners, project teams, and L&D to assess training needs related to new systems and processes
  • Oversee the development and delivery of effective training programs and materials, ensuring users are proficient in new tools and ways of working
  • Establish ongoing support mechanisms for users post-implementation
  • Resistance Management & Adoption: Proactively identify potential sources of resistance and develop mitigation strategies
  • Coach leaders and managers on their role in sponsoring change and supporting their teams
  • Implement strategies to drive user adoption and embed new behaviors into daily operations
  • Change Measurement & Sustainment: Track and report on change adoption rates, user proficiency, and business readiness
  • Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and direct interaction to continuously refine change interventions
  • Develop sustainment plans to ensure that changes are embedded long-term and benefits are realized
