Change Manager - Organisational Design & Operating Model

London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office, occasionally 3 days) £540 per day (Inside IR35) Initial 3-month contract

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager to support a large-scale Organisational Design and Operating Model Transformation programme within a telecommunications environment.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience within the Telecommunications (Telco) sector.
• Strong understanding of the change management lifecycle.
• Experience working across large transformation programmes and programme portfolios.
• Proven experience delivering Organisational Design and Operating Model change initiatives.
• Ability to develop and execute change strategies, plans, and implementation activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership teams.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and delivering effective communications.
• Track record of driving business readiness, user adoption, and training activities.
