Job Description
As the Change Manager for Operational Excellence, you will work closely with the Head of Operational Excellence and various operational leaders to implement and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across Unilabs' international markets. This role is centered around planning, managing, and executing change initiatives, with a focus on communication, readiness, training, and adoption—core pillars of change management
