Summary: The Change Manager role involves leading transformation initiatives for a UK-based consultancy's utilities client, focusing on data services and implementing a Hub and Spoke Model. The position requires strategic thinking and effective execution in planning communications, engaging stakeholders, and shaping governance models. The contract is for 3 months with potential extensions, and the work arrangement is hybrid, requiring in-office presence 2-3 times a week. The role is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver change management plans.
- Plan and manage communication strategies for change initiatives.
- Support development and training plans to help people adapt to changes.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Help design governance models to support change efforts.
- Identify risks and resistance to change and develop solutions.
Key Skills:
- Over 5 years’ experience managing business change and organizational change initiatives.
- Previous experience delivering Data transformation projects.
- Previously designed governance models.
- Able to get hands on, as well as leading strategically.
- Strategic thinker who is also comfortable getting into the details.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and/or NSP Change Practitioner preferred.
- Previously worked within the Utilities sector.
- Worked with Dynamics or SAP.
- Led Data hub or Data science projects.
- Worked with Power Bi and SQL/No SQL databases.
