We're looking for a Change Manager, with a strong background in the Media/Advertising area, to work on large scale technical programmes.

This roles sits within the Business Planning and Transformation team, you will help shape strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth adoption of new ways of working. You will work across a variety of internal teams, clients and external partners.

Responsibilities;

  • Design and deliver change strategies for complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Create integrated plans covering stakeholder engagement, impact analysis, and readiness.
  • Lead clear, engaging communications for internal teams and clients to build buy-in.
