Key Responsibilities
- Lead change, business readiness and adoption activity across international Oracle HCM deployments
- Develop and continuously improve the programme's change and implementation approach
- Assess organisational readiness and identify change risks, adoption barriers and areas requiring intervention
- Drive behavioural change and adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working
- Act as the change management link between the Oracle solution, associated services and end users
- Work consultatively with programme leadership, HR, Business Analysts, Oracle specialists and implementation partners
- Support current-state and future-state process mapping and user-impact assessment
- Review solution designs from a change, adoption and user-impact perspective
- Support UAT activity and use feedback to identify potential adoption challenges
- Support Oracle Guided Learning, user guidance, webinars, briefings and other adoption activity
- Develop targeted stakeholder engagement and communications plans across different audiences and countries
- Support successful transition from implementation through to operational adoption and embedding
Essential Experience
- Proven change management experience within an Oracle implementation
- Strong global change management experience across multiple countries, regions or business entities
- Full lifecycle implementation experience covering planning, design, readiness, go-live, adoption and embedding
- Strong track record of delivering behavioural change and user adoption within major transformation programmes
- Proven experience acting as the change management link between a product or service and its users
- Experience translating technical and functional system changes into practical business and user impacts
- Strong understanding of behavioural, functional and technical change
- Experience developing and delivering change, adoption, readiness and implementation plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills across senior leadership, HR, programme teams and end users
- Experience working alongside technical, product, programme and implementation teams
- Strong communication, facilitation and influencing skills
- Ability to work consultatively, challenge constructively and help shape the direction of a change workstream
Highly Desirable
- Oracle Fusion HCM implementation experience
- Global HR or HRIS transformation experience
- Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) experience
- Experience supporting UAT and translating testing feedback into change and adoption activity
- Experience creating technical and functional user guidance
- Experience supporting international go-lives across different cultures, processes and levels of organisational maturity
Programme Environment
The Oracle Fusion HCM programme spans multiple countries, brands and legal entities within a complex international organisation.
The implementation covers areas including Core HR, Time & Labour, Payroll and Absence, alongside integrations, reporting, data, testing and deployment activity.
