Head of Change (ERP Transformation) | Initial 6-12 Month Project | Hybrid | Circa £70k-£85k + Flex East Yorkshire A well-established, multi-site consumer-facing organisation is looking for an experienced Head of Change to lead a critical transformation programme on an initial 6-12 month project. This is a dedicated change leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a 3-5 year ERP vision, embedding new ways of working and driving behavioural adoption across a large operational estate. The business needs someone who can step in, bring structure, build momentum with quick wins, and lead a full change strategy from tendering through to rollout and adoption.

The Role
