Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end change strategy across communication, engagement, and training
- Shape the ERP vision and define future-state systems and processes
- Drive early "quick win" improvements to build a change mindset
- Lead ERP tendering, supplier evaluation, and due diligence with key stakeholders
- Facilitate as-is/to-be process workshops and operational design
- Embed behavioural and process change across multi-site operations
- Build and manage a Change Champion network
- Oversee readiness, pilot, and rollout activity
- Act as the central point for all ERP change activity

This is a dedicated change leadership role focused on shaping and delivering a 3-5 year ERP vision, embedding new ways of working and driving behavioural adoption across a large operational estate. The business needs someone who can step in, bring structure, build momentum with quick wins, and lead a full change strategy from tendering through to rollout and adoption.
