Summary: The Change Management Program Manager will join a global financial institution's Operations Optimization and Enablement team, focusing on reducing risk and enhancing operational capacity. This role involves leading teams to implement transformative changes in foundational processes while ensuring compliance with project management standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of operational integration and contribute to the overall objectives of the function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day execution of project milestones and budgets for one or more projects.
- Develop and ensure sign-off of project plans, charters, stakeholder management plans, acceptance plans, and central project issue logs, maintaining exemplary project hygiene.
- Adhere to company policy guidelines, ensuring all programs and projects comply with project management standards and process adherence.
- Use developed communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence colleagues and occasional external customers.
- Assess risks in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, and maintaining transparency in managing and reporting control issues.
Key Skills:
- At least 4 years' experience in Program Management.
- Extensive relevant experience within a financial environment.
- Experience in delivering complex risk and control-related projects, particularly in reconciliations, is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of capital markets operations.
- Basic commercial awareness.
