Summary: The Change Management Office Lead will oversee the delivery of large-scale organizational changes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective stakeholder engagement. This role requires extensive global experience and the ability to influence key decisions while managing a change team. The position is hybrid, requiring four days on-site and one day remote, and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct the change team to facilitate the successful delivery of changes whilst minimising impacts to operations.
  • Collaborate with the Foundations Program Director to ensure appropriate governance structures, roles and responsibilities are established and that change plans are endorsed according to project governance.
  • Assess the cumulative impact of change across all projects within the program to inform scheduling and resourcing decisions and identify risks to project and operational performance.
  • Develop and execute the change strategy and plan, aligned with the program delivery approach, goals and culture.
  • Measure and monitor change management effectiveness across the plan, adjusting plans as required.
  • Manage sponsor and key stakeholder relationships to drive support for change and championship across all levels of the organisation.
  • Partner with business and project stakeholders to develop strong relationships, deliver the changes, and identify, evaluate and mitigate the impact of risks during change.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of clear and engaging communications in a timely manner.
  • Develop change agents/networks as required to maximise communication, buy-in and adoption at all levels.

Key Skills:

  • Global experience with 10+ years in delivering large and complex changes.
  • Ability to engage with executives/senior stakeholders and influence key change decisions.
  • Experience delivering global change programs across different time zones.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Specialised Change Management methodology certifications (e.g. PROSCI).
  • Experience in delivering ERP (SAP) changes (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills including time management, attention to detail, problem solving, planning & execution, strategic and critical thinking, stakeholder management.
  • Self-motivated and confident in facilitating teams and actions.
  • Resilient and pragmatic.
