Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end to end change management activity across the transformation programme
- Support the design and delivery of a competencies and skills gap assessment
- Develop change impact assessments and stakeholder engagement plans
- Work with engineering and technical teams to interpret skills requirements and assess capability gaps
- Support communications, training materials and readiness plans relating to new frameworks or processes
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and discovery sessions across technical and non-technical groups
- Monitor adoption, track risks and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between change activity, skills assessment outputs and project milestones
Key Skills:
- Prior consulting house experience with structured change methodologies
- Background in telecoms, network engineering or ITIL aligned environments
- Experience working with mobile network designers, radio network engineers or field engineers
- Strong understanding of competencies, skills frameworks and capability assessments
