Summary: The Change & Data Insights Analyst role is focused on supporting a major Digital Transformation Program for the NSW Government by providing data-driven insights that enhance change management strategies. The position requires a detail-oriented professional to manage data integrity and reporting while collaborating with various stakeholders. This role is expected to last until December 2026, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality data management and evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret change data to provide insights that support program evaluation and performance improvement.
- Extract, validate and manipulate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, integrity and meaningful reporting.
- Manage and maintain change program data, including Change Impact Assessments and Stakeholder Analysis information.
- Partner with Project Managers and key stakeholders to coordinate and deliver data analysis supporting program objectives.
- Contribute to the development, review and evaluation of change management artefacts and reporting outputs.
- Provide high-quality reports and recommendations that are timely, accurate and aligned to program needs.
- Deliver evidence-based analysis and creative problem-solving to address change and program-related challenges.
- Support compliance with work health and safety requirements across program activities.

About the Role
As the Change & Data Insights Analyst, you will provide specialist analysis and reporting to support people-centred change initiatives. Working closely with Project Managers, program stakeholders and leadership teams, you will ensure high-quality data management, reporting integrity and evidence-based recommendations that guide transformation activities.
