Summary: The Change Communications Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic communication campaigns to support the MS Society's internal transformation initiatives. This role requires expertise in change communication and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that staff and volunteers are informed and engaged throughout the transformation process. The position is office-based in London with some flexibility for remote work and is offered as a fixed-term contract for 12 months. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in connecting the MS community with the charity's strategic aims through effective storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver strategic communication campaigns for internal transformation work.
  • Strengthen data and service offers while enhancing organizational culture.
  • Work closely with teams across multiple projects to synchronize content delivery and language.
  • Craft inspiring narratives that connect staff and volunteers to the charity’s transformation journey.
  • Ensure audiences are informed, engaged, and empowered throughout the transformation program.
