Summary: The Change Communications Lead is tasked with developing and executing communication strategies to facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged. This role involves collaboration with various department heads to maintain consistent messaging and support a smooth transition during periods of change. The position is part-time, requiring 21 hours per week, and focuses on creating impactful communication materials and measuring their effectiveness. The role is initially offered on a six-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Change and project leads to understand the impact of change projects and develop communication strategies.
- Tailor communication strategies to different audiences, translating complex ideas into clear messages.
- Ensure consistent use of organizational tone of voice reflective of culture and values.
- Create compelling content materials to support change initiatives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communications and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
- Work closely with other departments to align and coordinate communication efforts.
- Engage with key stakeholders and facilitate communication between leadership and employees.
- Manage internal intranet content related to the Change Programme.
- Ensure external change messaging aligns with internal communications.
