Summary: Join a leading Investment Banking Firm as a Change Business Analyst, responsible for driving strategic and regulatory initiatives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Work on the implementation of change projects as part of IB-wide strategic and regulatory programmes
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and SMEs to capture and analyse requirements
- Develop requirement specifications and user stories to support delivery
- Partner with IT teams to implement solutions and troubleshoot issues
- Support end-to-end testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Deliver training and support smooth transition to BAU post go-live
- Drive change initiatives across front-to-back processes and systems
Key Skills:
- Proven business analysis experience within an Investment Bank (or IB consulting)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory change and/or investment banking products life cycle
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence globally
- Strong analytical mindset with technology aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Business Analyst to drive strategic and regulatory initiatives within a fast-paced Investment Banking environment. This role focusses on delivering end-to-end change across complex front-to-back processes, working closely with global stakeholders and technology teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Location: London (Hybrid)
- Daily Rate: Flexible
- Contract Length: 6 months
