Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the end-to-end change and release processes across Salesforce-driven Retail and Netadmin-based Wholesale environments.
- Maintain and control the Forward Schedule of Change (FSC), collaborating closely with project managers, development teams, business owners, and external vendors to ensure alignment.
- Lead and manage a test team of 2 testers working across Wholesale and Retail domains.
- Drive consistent test planning, execution, and defect management processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing change, release, and testing processes.
- Lead post-release reviews to capture lessons learned and implement improvements.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in Change Management, Release Management, or Test Management roles.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Experience with provisioning and operational systems (Netadmin or similar desirable).
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
- Experience preparing and issuing professional release communications.
- Previous experience working within telecoms, broadband, or ISP sectors (desirable).
- Experience with service provider integrations (desirable).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and principles (desirable).
- Hands-on experience introducing or improving test automation processes (desirable).
- Technical understanding of software delivery and deployment processes (Agile/Waterfall) (desirable).

The Change & Release Manager will work cross-functionally with internal teams, PMs, external partners, and vendors to ensure well-controlled deployments and process maturity during this contract period. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring a balance of process governance, stakeholder management, and technical delivery oversight. Our client is paying £650PD, Outside IR 35 to be based in Kings Hill, Kent on a hybrid basis (very occasional travel).
