Summary: The Change and Culture Consultant role at Sovereign Network Group involves developing and implementing change management strategies and cultural initiatives within the organization. This fixed-term position, lasting up to 12 months, requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance employee engagement and ensure successful change adoption. The role is based in either Basingstoke or Wembley, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes regular travel to the Basingstoke office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure change management strategies align with SNG's corporate plan and organizational goals.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the organization's readiness for change.
- Work with key stakeholders to identify the impact of change and mitigate negative effects.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and communication plans for change management.
- Evaluate the impact and success of change initiatives through metrics and KPIs.
- Maintain and improve SNG's Centre of Excellence for change.
- Partner with Organizational Development Consultants and Strategic HRBPs to implement cultural change initiatives.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role with understanding of change management principles.
- Expertise in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of cultural development and employee engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and trends.
