Summary: The Change Analyst role within the Greater Manchester NHS client involves supporting the Organisation Change Lead and Business Change Analysts in developing and implementing change management strategies during a period of significant transformation. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and to promote a positive attitude towards change. The role also includes documenting inefficiencies in existing processes and validating new workflows to meet clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Organisation Change Lead and Business Change Analysts in developing the Change Management workstream strategy, plan, and content.
  • Work with stakeholders, operations, and clinical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as champions of the new process, addressing concerns and promoting a positive attitude towards change.
  • Highlight and document inefficiencies in the old process and identify benefits of the new approach.
  • Develop and support the creation of process maps to compare old vs new workflows.
  • Conduct change impact analysis activities.

Key Skills:

  • Change Management experience.
  • Experience working within the NHS or with public sector organisations.
  • Familiarity with business process analysis techniques and methods.
  • Experience in process mapping, process redesign, and benefits management.
