Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and analyse change requests

- Maintain oversight of the production environments to ensure their integrity

Key Skills:

Job Overview
We have a new opportunity for a Change Analyst to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract. You’ll execute an effective and efficient change management process covering all changes to AXA UK IT systems.
- Develop and analyse change requests
- Track change statuses and provide timely reporting
- Actively participate in the Change Advisory Board (CAB) to ensure the integrity and quality of change requests
- Maintain excellent communication with the Change Management team and other IT areas on all planned changes
- Maintain oversight of the production environments to ensure their integrity

Work Arrangements
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your Skills & Experience
ITIL Foundation Certificate required
Solid base knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required and ideally SharePoint experience
General knowledge of IT
