Summary: The Change & Adoption Lead for Microsoft Copilot in Sheffield will spearhead the change management strategy to ensure effective adoption of the technology across the organization. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to manage pilots and rollouts while focusing on user engagement and training. The successful candidate will track adoption metrics and continuously improve enablement materials based on user feedback. Strong experience in change management and digital adoption is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the change management strategy for the introduction of Microsoft Copilot.
- Define and execute a structured adoption plan, including pilots and phased rollouts.
- Develop and deliver engaging communication strategies to drive awareness and user engagement.
- Design training programmes and learning paths tailored to different user groups.
- Track adoption metrics, user feedback, and satisfaction (NSAT / ESAT).
- Continuously improve enablement materials based on insights and performance data.

- Proven experience in change management and digital adoption for enterprise technologies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
