Summary: The Change & Adoption Consultant will collaborate with the Transformation Lead to provide consulting expertise for organizational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption related to the migration to the Atlassian Cloud platform. The role involves working within the Change & Adoption Workstream alongside HSBC, Atlassian, and implementation partners to ensure a smooth transition and effective user adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design enterprise Change & Adoption Strategy.
- Undertake change impact assessments.
- Develop change roadmap and readiness framework.
- Develop executive and end-user communications.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
- Establish Change Champion network.
- Develop role-based learning curriculum.
- Define adoption KPIs and benefits measures.
- Support hypercare and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years leading organisational change for enterprise technology programmes.
- Proven experience designing change, communications and adoption strategies.
- Experience delivering global training and business readiness programmes.
- Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management.
- Experience producing executive-quality consulting deliverables.
- Experience supporting cloud or SaaS implementations.
- Atlassian Cloud migration experience (desirable).
- Prosci ADKAR Practitioner or equivalent (desirable).
- Financial Services experience (desirable).
- Experience working with global systems integrators (desirable).
