We’re seeking a Chair of the Group Audit, Risk & Assurance Committee (GARAC) to join our talented team of non-executives. This critical role requires a strong understanding of governance, strategic thinking, and risk management. The Chair of GARAC will ensure the highest standards of governance across the Group, overseeing risk management frameworks, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and corporate strategy delivery. A collaborative mindset, ethical leadership and commitment to our ‘One Ocean’ values are essential. Whilst previous committee chairing experience is not necessary, prior Non-Executive Director experience, familiarity with audit, risk and assurance best practices, and an ability to lead in a heavily regulated environment will be important. A background in strategic financial planning, governance, and risk management is highly desirable.
