CGI Lead Artist

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of artists to create extraordinary CGI visuals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Foster collaboration and creativity within the team.
• Oversee the creation of visual stimulus, including stills, animations, and real-time visuals.
• Manage workflows and optimize production processes.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in automotive CGI/visualization image creation.
• Strong experience in automotive CGI/visualization animation.
• Strong experience in automotive CGI/visualization real-time.
• Expert knowledge of design processes in a design studio environment.
• Proficient in relevant design software (Autodesk Maya, VRED, Vray, Unreal, Adobe creation suite).
• Understanding of CG render pipelines and digital material creation.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong IT/Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong leadership skills.
