Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the board to evolve the finance function and enhance commercial visibility.
- Support organic and acquisitive growth by building scalable infrastructure and improving forecasting and reporting.
- Influence decision-making by providing financial clarity around performance, cash flow, budgeting, and investment planning.
- Evaluate and integrate potential acquisitions, implementing fit-for-purpose systems and processes.

Key Skills:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Proven experience as a Divisional Finance Director or Group Financial Controller in a high-growth business.

- Hands-on experience with systems implementation, forecasting, and performance reporting.

Working closely with the leadership team, the CFO will influence decision-making across the business by providing financial clarity around performance, cash flow, budgeting, and investment planning. A key focus will be the evaluation and integration of potential acquisitions, alongside the implementation of fit-for-purpose systems, processes, and reporting tools.
This opportunity is well suited to either a proven CFO or a Divisional Finance Director or Group Financial Controller level on the upward trajectory and ready to step into a number one role. The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with operational grip, and bring a solutions-focused, pragmatic approach to enabling growth in a dynamic and entrepreneurial setting.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Proven experience as a Divisional Finance Director or Group Financial Controller in a high-growth business, demonstrating strong commercial and financial leadership, ideally within a B2B campaign- and asset-driven environment, Technology or related sectors
- Ability to build scalable finance functions and support professionalisation
- Hands-on experience with systems implementation, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Involvement in identifying, evaluating, and integrating acquisitions
- Confident working in evolving, fast-paced environments with limited existing infrastructure
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to build trust and influence at all levels of the organisation
