Role - Chief Financial Officer Location - Lancashire Salary - Between £180,000 and £210,000.

Marks Sattin are currently recruiting for a profitable energy business in their search for a CFO to work out of their office based in Lancashire on an initial 9-month contract to help them through a transaction.

The successful candidate will need to be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and must have experience of guiding a business through a successful transaction. Strong commercial accounting skills are essential as is exposure to working for a multi-entity organisation. A background in working within energy or a regulated environment would be a distinct advantage. Strong staff management skills are a must as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key duties for the Chief Financial Officer role will involve:

  • Assist the leadership team through a successful transaction
