Summary: The Centre Administrator role at the Manchester City Football School involves supporting the Centre Manager and Night Duty Manager with administrative tasks to ensure the effective operation of a Young Learner Centre. This position requires collaboration with various teams to facilitate the development of young players aged 9-17 in both football and English language skills. The role includes managing schedules, communications, and student welfare while promoting a positive and safe environment. This is a fixed-term summer contract available from July to August 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating and sharing weekly rotas for team members.
- Producing weekly bedding and meal lists for the catering team.
- Planning and organizing room allocations and excursions.
- Managing registration and check-in/out services for students and Group Leaders.
- Responding to inquiries and ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.
- Supporting academic administration, including student testing and report distribution.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of students during activities and mealtimes.
- Participating in daily/weekly meetings and adhering to professional standards.
Key Skills:
- Experience working with multi-nationality students.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in MS Office and databases.
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for summer school life.
- Right to work in the UK/EU.
- Enhanced DBS clearance.
