Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage Pension Transfer Specialists and the decision-making committee
  • Keep procedures up to date with regulatory and industry changes
  • Compile regulatory reports and ensure effective data management
  • Liaise across compliance, senior management, and member firms to handle network issues
  • Support and empower Member Oversight Supervisors, managing their workflow and output
  • Train, motivate, and mentor team members to foster high performance
  • Provide technical support across the Compliance Department and lead due diligence streams for business acquisitions
  • Create and manage key communications, such as newsletters and bulletins
  • Deputise for the Senior Compliance Manager when required

Key Skills:

  • Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Services (or equivalent)
  • Holds a recognised Occupational Pension Specialist qualification (e.g., G60, AF3, AF7)
  • Strong knowledge of FCA rules and their application in occupational pensions
  • Experience managing, coordinating, and motivating teams
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and observational skills
  • Demonstrates integrity, diligence, and a commitment to delivering good client outcomes

About the Role
