The Business: A leading PE-backed CDMO / Pharma business with Europe/US footprint. Majority of revenue is pre-contracted; a significant “unidentified” revenue target is volatile and missed unevenly across platforms/sites.

The Goal of the Project: Run a tight 6-week commercial excellence diagnostic to bring predictability to revenue. Scope likely includes opportunity mapping by development stage, target customer prioritization, pipeline governance/forecasting, site/platform capacity alignment, account planning, and sales process improvements. Potential follow-on implementation thereafter.
