Summary: The CDD Project Manager role at AMS involves leading a remediation project team for a major UK retail bank, focusing on managing client portfolios and ensuring compliance with deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a channel for various departments and manage client communications.
- Oversee work in progress (WIP) of client entities until completion.
- Handle initial outreach and queries, directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Encourage and manage the return of responses to recontact and support with requirements.
- Monitor deadlines and requirements for cases to progress through CMP.
- Conduct weekly or fortnightly touchpoints with FSB and check recontact requests for comprehension.
- Monitor team mailbox and manage own WIP using Power BI and Ageing dashboard.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Project Management experience.
- CDD/AML knowledge or experience.
- Strong Stakeholder Management experience.
- Banking experience is beneficial.
