About The Role We're expanding into the Championship and need a small team to lead the casting and curation of fans across all 24 clubs. You'll be the person who finds the right supporters - credible, passionate, articulate and representative of their fanbase - and brings them into the Fanalysis platform as verified Fanalysts. This is part talent scout, part community builder and part football obsessive. You'll work across social media, fan forums, podcasts and supporter groups to identify the right people, manage the outreach and onboarding process, and help shape what the Championship community looks like on the platform.
