We have a number of temporary positions available which require flexible availability across the entirety of the Christmas Season. The tentative end date for these fixed-term agreements are 31st January 2026 and the required hours will be 12, 16 & 24 hours per week.
About The Role & Team
The Cast Member engages Guests in magical experiences throughout the Store, delighting them with stories, while providing options of quality, innovative product that meets their needs. They will provide an exceptional Service that will exceed the Guest’s expectations by focusing on the show that they experience to ensure that it is unique and memorable. Maintaining integrity of the brand, whilst adhering to your own grooming guidelines.
What You Will Do
Show Sales
- Takes a proactive role in maintaining Disney brand standards.
- Maintains a neat and organised Store, on stage and back stage so that product is clearly represented and available for replenishment.
- Maintains and participates in producing company visual standards to present an outstanding Store environment.
- Ensures that all new product is on stage so that the Guest experiences the most current assortment.
- Assists with stock deliveries and replenishment to agreed standards.
- Participates in markdowns, event set-up and Stage Sets.
- Achieves financial and efficiency goals, as agreed with the management team, through appropriate actions and use of Guest service behaviours.
- Sets priorities and handles time effectively and efficiently.
- Welcomes every guest with a smile and makes eye contact with them, accompanying them through the sales process.
- Performs effective till transactions that enhance the Guest perception and observes all relevant SOPs protecting Company assets including cash handling.

- Promotes Guest loyalty by demonstrating detailed product knowledge and providing outstanding guest service.

- Supports initiatives that give back and have a positive impact on the internal and the external community.
- Processes delivery in a fast and accurate manner following all guidelines and achieving process goals.
- Ensures accuracy when completing Stock Inventory Counts and tasks.
- Additional responsibilities and duties will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Passion for interacting with Guests of all ages.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise Guests and tasks.
- Retail/service experience in sales preferred but training will be given.
- Flexibility to work different day/shifts as needed based on availability given.
- Ability to assist with store events which maybe scripted or non scripted.
- Ability to understand store commercial targets and daily expectations ie talk ups, go with, basket fill.
- Housekeeping to ensure both on stage and back stage the areas are clean and tidy.
- Time management and organisational skills.
- Success in working in a team environment.
- Good communication skills being able to adjust communication to the guest.

- Ability to learn about the product and the franchise.
- Visual merchandising experience (albeit training will be given).
