Summary: The Cash Management Analyst role is a 12-month contract position based in London, focusing on supporting the Treasury project team with the Regional Transactional Bank Strategy and Collections On Behalf Of implementation for the Europe & UK region. The analyst will act as a technical subject matter expert, ensuring timely communication and delivery of new bank account letters to customers while collaborating with various teams to facilitate smooth transitions. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, along with experience in finance and customer service. This position is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as technical SME and collaborate with the Automation team on the development of the BoT for new bank account delivery.
  • Support testing and review of active customers with the Commercial team.
  • Monitor and track the on-time delivery of new bank account letters to customers.
  • Respond to customer requests regarding bank account changes via a generic mailbox.
  • Confirm Penny Value Test payments made by customers.
  • Coordinate paper mail delivery of new bank account letters as needed.
  • Update the daily tracker showing the status of changes per country.
  • Attend project governance meetings and provide process stream status updates.
  • Escalate unresponsive customer cases to the Commercial Team or Treasury Cash Management Manager.
  • Generate metrics and share weekly updates on change status.
  • Confirm completion of customer transitions to the new bank account to initiate closure of the old account.
  • Support follow-up for other process streams changes (i.e., Taxes, Payroll, P2P, Banking).

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
  • 3 years' experience with O2C processes in a Shared Service center environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Advanced skills in business applications (MS Office) and MS Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
  • Strong customer communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain strong internal and external relationships.
  • Team player.
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in banking processes and process documentation.
  • Agile certification.
