Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 impartial careers guidance interviews
- Support students with post-16 and post-18 progression pathways

- Organise and support careers events, employer engagement, and workshops
- Ensure the school meets Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory careers guidance requirements
- Maintain accurate records and action plans for students
Key Skills:
- Level 6 Career Guidance qualification (QCG, NVQ/SVQ Diploma in Career Guidance & Development, DipCG, AGCAS)
- Proven experience delivering high-quality, impartial careers advice to young people
