Careers Adviser (Part-Time, with Potential for Full-Time Cover)

Location: Maidenhead

Days: Monday & Tuesday (2 days per week)

Start Date: Ideally 1st September (potentially w/c 25th August if checks are complete)

We are seeking a Level 6 qualified Careers Adviser to join our team on a part-time basis, working Mondays and Tuesdays. There is a strong possibility this role could increase to full-time in the future, including potential interim full-time cover (approximately one month or longer) to support during staff leave.

In this role, you will provide professional careers information, advice, and guidance to help clients make informed decisions about their education, training, and employment options. You will also support individuals in setting realistic goals and developing strategies to achieve them.
