Key Responsibilities:
- Be the named adviser for an identified cohort of customers aged 16 and above.
- Provide Information, Advice and Guidance to customers, supporting them to remove barriers and aid their progression into Education, Employment, and Training.
- Advocate on behalf of customers as needed.
- Build/maintain partnerships with stakeholders in the support and referral network.
- Act as an ambassador for Futures.
- Ensure data accuracy on the company CRM system.
