Summary: The Camunda Tech Lead role involves leading a technical team in the development and implementation of workflow solutions using Camunda. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to define architectural direction and ensure successful execution of complex features. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in the office, and is contracted for six months. Key responsibilities include designing custom solutions, providing support to project teams, and ensuring software meets performance and availability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & deploy Custom workflow solution in Camunda SAAS and Camunda custom Postgres connectors & JOB Workers, Service tasks & user tasks.
- Open-Source Facilitation – Nurture an Open-Source delivery model and culture.
- Support – Provide development and design support for in-house project teams.
- Design and engineer software with the customer or user experience as the primary objective.
- Work within a feature team to engineer software, scripts and tools to enable the delivery of bank platforms, applications and services.
- Liaise with other engineers, architects, business analysts across the platform as well as other key stakeholders to understand the objectives, goals and requirements, share knowledge and collaborate.
- Design, develop and deploy applications capable of meeting and exceeding the anticipated load, performance and availability volumes, including load balancing, performance testing and benchmarking.

The Role
