Campus Recruiter - Investment Management - Fixed-Term Contract

Summary: The Campus Recruiter will join the Talent Acquisition team of a leading global investment manager on a fixed-term contract to manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process. This role involves understanding business needs, building relationships with stakeholders, and executing recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have over three years of in-house campus recruitment experience, particularly in asset management or financial services. The contract is for six months and is based in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple business areas.
• Understanding the needs of the business to design and execute a recruiting process to attract and assess a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
• Building relationships with key business stakeholders, the global campus team, and other HR colleagues.
• Designing and executing in-house events and programs, including the Summer Internship.
• Ownership of data management and reporting for relevant business areas.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years of in-house campus recruitment experience.
• Experience working in Asset Management and/or global financial services firms.
• Demonstrable experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Creative, flexible, and a stellar team player.
