We're Hiring: Campus Development & Programme Management Support
Location: Hybrid (50% in-office, London)
Duration: 7 months (with potential to go permanent if interested)

Are you passionate about early careers development and looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? We're looking for a bright, proactive Co-ordinator to support our Early Careers team!

What You'll Be Doing: You'll work closely with two key team members:

Development Partner
Plan and coordinate events (logistics, admin, and onsite support)
Be the welcoming face at graduate events, helping with room transitions and guest experience
Bring energy, warmth, and excellent interpersonal skills

Programme Manager
Support graduate-to-permanent placement processes
Assist with recruitment admin and operational tasks
Help with Right to Work checks during peak intake periods

Event Support: During key events (a handful per year), you'll be in the office Full time
