Summary: The Campaign Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in modernizing Streets' marketing approach, focusing on building and executing comprehensive campaigns aimed at UK SMEs. This position involves collaborating with senior stakeholders to enhance national visibility and drive qualified leads, ultimately supporting business development efforts. The role requires a strategic mindset and a strong background in integrated B2B campaigns, particularly within professional services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact national and regional marketing campaigns aligned to growth priorities and sales targets
- Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to translate commercial goals into marketing action
- Identify new and innovative channels to reach target audiences
- Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across email, digital, and direct outreach
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Work with external suppliers and internal subject matter experts to produce campaign assets
- Deliver targeted CRM/email campaigns using segmentation strategies (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, Dynamics)
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing activity across multiple data sets
- Analyse performance and provide recommendations for optimisation
- Share learnings across teams and drive best practice adoption
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and relevant groups to lead the development and management of a rolling campaigns plan
- Control, rollout and continuously evolve a marketing campaign calendar and plan
- Work with central marketing team to ensure prioritisation of national growth ambitions against ad-hoc requests
- Build relationships across offices and teams, contributing to national and regional programmes
- Lead campaign-related stakeholder engagement and partner collaboration
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns that drive and capture opportunities
- Measure and report on the results, making recommendations on how to improve

Role Overview
Streets is serious about modernising its approach. Over the last 6 months the C-Suite has been brought onto the Leadership Board, a rebrand has been rolled out, and ambitious growth targets have been set. However, Streets is very much at the beginning of a marketing and positioning journey, and we are excited to be building a campaign(s) backbone and strategic targeting of audience and markets. We’re looking to accelerate this by building and running a campaign marketing strategy that builds awareness, recommendation and – most importantly, business development meetings and sales – among our core market of UK SMEs. This is a pivotal role for a Campaign Manager with solid experience in building and executing comprehensive campaigns – whether national, sector-focused, or locally targeted. You will be working with the CMO to create an approach that enhances our national visibility and drives qualified leads to support business development. This role offers the opportunity to commercially influence thinking and prioritisation of the go-to-market strategy and make a lasting impact on the future of the organisation.

This role reports directly into the CMO and will be working across Senior Partners in the business and collaborating with a small central team, so a successful individual will illustrate strong team skills alongside confidence in working autonomously.
