Summary: Our client seeks a CAFM Technical Analyst to manage and optimize their CAFM solution, requiring strong technical knowledge in systems administration, data management, and user support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Concept Evolution and a proven ability to implement and integrate technical solutions. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential for collaboration within a multi-disciplinary team. The role is initially for a 3-month term with some travel required to London and Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

Detailed Description From Employer:

Our client is looking for a CAFM technical analyst to be responsible for managing and optimising the organisations CAFM solution. You will have a strong understanding of these solutions at a technical level: Systems administration and configuration, Data management, Integration, User support, Systems upgrades, Reporting and Compliance.

Ideally you will have excellent experience in core market solutions (specifically Concept Evolution), including integrating into these solutions.

You will be able to bring a mix of strong technical product skills, the ability to take responsibility for product implementation/integration and ideally experience of implementing, supporting and managing data applications and tooling (nice to have).

The role will be working with a multi-disciplinary team thus strong written and oral communication skills are key, you will be a self-starter and have a positive delivery focussed mindset.

Term: 3 months initially

Location: Flexible - some travel London and Scotland will be required

Working Practice: Hybrid

Rate: Up to £650 per day outside IR35
