Were Looking For a CAD Technician Who Is A Rail Sector Specialist: Demonstrable experience working on rail projects (e.g., permanent way, civils, OLE, signalling). CAD Maestro: Highly proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation Technically Astute: Strong understanding of engineering principles and able to translate complex designs into accurate CAD drawings. Detail:Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards. Self:Motivated Freelancer: Proactive, able to manage your own workload, and meet project deadlines independently. Communication Pro: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and project managers. Based Near Doncaster: Ideally situated in or within easy commuting distance of Doncaster.

Your Responsibilities Will Include (but Not Limited To) Producing accurate and detailed CAD drawings for various rail infrastructure projects. Interpreting engineering designs, schematics, and specifications. Revising and updating existing drawings as required. Ensuring all drawings comply with industry standards, client specifications, and health and safety regulations. Collaborating closely with project engineers and the wider project team.
